SPCA Celebrates World Animal Day 2013 (13-15 Sep 2013)

This year, SPCA collaborated with the Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority of Singapore (AVA) and nine other local animal welfare groups to campaign for animal welfare. The three-day celebration was held at the basement Atrium of United Square, from 13th to 15th September 2013.
